We will review your message and respond as soon as reasonably possible.

Information to Include

Include only the information relevant to your problem:

Your registered OralDrills email address;
Your registered mobile number, only if needed to identify or verify your account;
Your device model, if relevant;
Your Android version, if relevant and known;
Your OralDrills App version, if known;
A clear description of the problem;
The steps that produced the problem;
A screenshot of the error, if appropriate; and
Your Google Play order number, only if the problem concerns a subscription or payment.

Before sending a screenshot, hide or remove passwords, OTPs, payment details, personal messages and any unrelated personal information.

Never Send Us Sensitive Information

For your security, never send:

Your OralDrills password;
An OTP or verification code;
Your UPI PIN;
Your internet-banking password;
Complete debit-card or credit-card details;
Your Google account password; or
Unrelated identity documents.

OralDrills Support will never ask you to provide your password, OTP, UPI PIN or complete payment credentials.

Account and Login Support

Creating an account;
Registering your email address or mobile number;
Signing in;
Resetting your password;
Updating your account information;
Receiving a password-reset email; or
Suspected unauthorized access.

When contacting us, use the email address registered with your OralDrills account whenever possible.

Course Access Support

A course that should be available remains locked;
Your last-opened course or lesson is not displayed correctly under Continue Learning;
A lesson does not open;
Content is missing;
Your active subscription is not recognized; or
Your restored subscription is not connected to your account.

Include the course or lesson name and a screenshot where possible.

Model Audio Support

Model audio does not play;
Audio stops unexpectedly;
The wrong audio plays;
An audio file is missing;
Audio quality is unclear; or
Playback controls do not respond.

Before contacting us, check that:

Your device is connected to the internet;
Media volume is turned on;
The OralDrills App has been updated; and
The problem continues after closing and reopening the App.

Voice Recording Support

The Record button does not work;
Microphone permission is not requested;
Recording stops unexpectedly;
Play My Recording does not work;
Record Again does not work; or
Delete Recording does not work.

Voice recordings are stored only in the App’s private storage on your device. They are not uploaded to OralDrills or our servers.

Because recordings remain on your device, OralDrills cannot:

Access or listen to recordings stored on your device;
Recover a deleted recording;
Transfer a recording to another device;
Restore a recording after the App is uninstalled; or
Remotely delete a recording stored on your device.

Check that microphone permission is enabled for OralDrills in your Android device settings.

Subscription Support

You purchased a subscription, but paid courses remain locked;
Your active subscription is not recognized;
You changed devices and cannot restore access;
You changed between monthly and yearly plans;
Google Play shows an active subscription, but the App does not; or
You have a question about a Google Play order.

Include your Google Play order number where available. Google Play order numbers generally begin with GPA.

Do not send complete payment-card information, banking credentials, OTPs, your UPI PIN or your Google account password.

Manage or Cancel a Subscription

Google Play manages OralDrills subscription payments and cancellations.

To manage or cancel your subscription:

Open the Google Play Store.
Make sure you are signed in to the Google account used to purchase the subscription.
Tap your profile picture.
Select Payments and subscriptions.
Select Subscriptions.
Select OralDrills.
Select the appropriate management or cancellation option.
Follow the instructions displayed by Google Play.

You may also use the Manage Subscription option inside the OralDrills App.

Important Subscription Information

Deleting the OralDrills App does not cancel your subscription.

Logging out of OralDrills does not cancel your subscription.

Deleting your OralDrills account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription.

Cancel the subscription separately through Google Play to prevent future renewal charges.

Refund Support

Subscription payments and refund requests are handled according to Google Play’s policies and applicable consumer-protection law.

If Google Play directs you to contact the developer, email:

Include:

Your registered OralDrills email address;
Your subscription plan;
Your purchase date;
Your Google Play order number; and
A brief explanation of the problem.

A refund is not guaranteed. Refund eligibility will be considered according to Google Play’s policies and applicable consumer-protection law.

Do not send complete card details, banking credentials, passwords, OTPs or payment PINs.

Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your OralDrills account:

Inside the App through Account, Profile or Settings → Delete Account;
Through the OralDrills Account Deletion page; or
By emailing vivishnabanu@gmail.com.

Use the email subject:

Where possible, send the request from the email address registered with your OralDrills account.

Account deletion is permanent and may remove your registration information, saved course or lesson progress, Continue Learning information and other account-related data.

Important: Account Deletion Does Not Cancel Your Subscription

Deleting your OralDrills account does not automatically cancel your active Google Play subscription.

Cancel your subscription separately through Google Play before deleting your account to prevent future renewal charges.

Privacy Requests and Grievances

For questions, requests, complaints or grievances concerning your personal information, email:

Access to personal information we hold about you;
Correction of inaccurate account information;
Deletion of your account and associated information;
Information about how your personal data is used; or
Assistance with a privacy concern, complaint or grievance.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a privacy-related request. Verification is used to protect your account and personal information against unauthorized access or deletion.
